IP Applications was formed through the amalgamation of three predecessor technology development companies: a multi-tenant provider of internet based services, a technical support service company and a payment processor.  Each company brought core expertise and superb technology developed during the late 1990’s and the early 2000’s.  Taken together, the technology base from the three companies represents a cumulative investment in excess of $70,000,000.  The combination brought together all of the elements needed to deliver software products as subscription services:  hosting and provisioning, product plan and pricing plan management, subscriber management, billing and payment services, and first line end-user customer care and technical support.  

IP Applications has integrated these technologies and skilled teams to create a robust, end to end technology platform that enables the process of converting traditional perpetual license model software applications or services into on-demand products delivered over the internet. IP Applications provides all the absolutely vital business tools so a client’s application transforms smoothly from a traditional licensed product to an online “Software On Demand” or “Software as a Service” product housed in a Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”) certified data center without the need for extensive effort and software re-development.   

IP Applications technology platform delivers an unparalleled level of flexibility, providing a tailored menu of capabilities which enables us to deliver our services to a much wider client base. For example a client may use us strictly for online payment transaction processing, or use our systems to create their service plans and provision the services.  For companies that host their application in-house or with another partner our technology easily integrates through standard XML and SOAP API’s. Our clients don’t have to host with us to take advantage of our services.
