Over these years, we have made significant investments in the development of our people and systems.  The growth in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry pioneered by companies such as Salesforce.com and Webex has created a significant new opportuity for our capabilitiies. Our operational systems provide the online purchasing, subscriber management and billing capabilities software companies need to sell software as a subscription-based service. IP Applications is one of the few companies doing what we do and we do it well.

In this position, your initial focus will be on our traditional services however you will also have the opportunity to participate in the growth and development of the new SaaS business. You will benefit from an existing and qualified sales pipeline and be fully supported in winning new contracts.  You will use your hunting skills and research capabilities to identify new prospects and employ your strong communications and sales skills to convert those prospects in to more qualified opportunities and eventual sales.

Your ideal background is in professional services technology sales, to the ISP / hosted online services industry or software companies or Systems Integrators. We will look for skills in collaborative selling and above all we value intelligence, a consistent / persistent approach to sales, team play, industry and technical knowledge and a great attitude. 

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales to the above noted audiences.
  • Knowledge of internet technology, the ability to communicate with customers in their own language.
  • A working knowledge of web based IT solutions, OSS and Customer Care services
  • Must be a team player with ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer interaction skills by e-mail, phone, or in person.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Preparation and presentation of technical information about products and services, conduct product demonstrations, and respond to RFP's and RFI's.
