Pay Rate$31,000 to $35,000 annually Job DescriptionIP Applications provides a broad range of technical support to ISP, Wi-Fi and Corporate clients. As members of the support department, our Technical Analysts are responsible for delivering a high level of technical competency and customer satisfaction. The department operates on a continual 24x7 basis, staffed via monthly shift rotations. IP Applications is currently looking for full-time Tier 1 Technical Analysts. ResponsibilitiesProvide networking and software support services across a broad and varied client base. Provide technical support via phone and email. Delivery of services with the goal of customer satisfaction. Adherence to internal and external client policies and procedures. Ensure the accuracy and proper handling of support tickets.
RequirementsOutstanding customer service skills. High degree of technical competency. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unknown problems efficiently. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Complete fluency in English is a must. Competency in other languages is an asset. Ability to work within and promote a healthy team environment. Ability and commitment to working at different shift times throughout the year.
